The world capitalist system is in bankruptcy
AN ADVANCED DETACHMENT OF THE WORLD WORKING CLASS FENCES WALL STREET
In Europe, the North of Africa and Middle East, as in Chile, Bolivia and Colombia, there are fights against the fierce attack of the capitalists and imperialism, which burden the whole crisis on the masses.
The imperialist parasites hold their power and their earnings with war, bonapartism, looting, deceits and a brutal attack against the world working class.
FOR THE WORKING CLASS TO LIVE, IMPERIALISM MUST DIE
In Argentina, FIT promises that in the polls, without attacking the private property of the capitalists, without defeating their governments and with left deputies in the parliaments, the working class gets to the paradise…

In the North of Africa and the Middle East, the masses fight for the bread starting heroic revolutions. In Europe, the working class, despite and against the trade union bureaucracy and the social-imperialist parties, with waves of offensive fights and revolutionary attempts resist, at each step, the capitalist attack. In England, the students earn the streets alongside with the working movement.
In Greece, Stalinism and reformism can no longer stop the clashes and the civil war between the classes that has opened.
Reformism and the social-imperialist parties try to stop the syncronization of the combat for the bread of the exploited from one and other shore of the Mediterranean. They support Maastricht and the European Union of the imperialist potencies in bankruptcy, that does nothing else that saving the banks and the financial capital and burden their crisis on the masses.
As yesterday they did in the 2007 crack in USA, the bourgeoisie and their governments have no problem in “nationalizing the privatized” as the FIT advise. There, Obama and the republicrats regime nationalized the crisis of the banks to throw them to the masses and then give the benefits back to the banks and save them from the crack.
This is nothing else than “socializing” the losses and “privatizing” the earnings. The reformism, with their “siren songs” of “constituent assemblies” and “democracy”, try to throw water to the fire with the revolutionary combats that are waging the masses in Libya, Syria, Egypt, Tunisia, Bahrain, etc. against their unseen suffering.
While in the North of Africa the imperialist control devices fall down –like Egypt and Ghadafy’s Libya-, a “Left Front” was set up to support Zionism. They want that the Zionist-Fascist state of Israel put on some make-up and accept the two states solution plan that, under the command of Obama tries to deseive the masses so that their “withdraw” to the ’67. That is equal to legitimate the counterrevolutionary Zionist state, the steal and the occupation of the Palestinian lands and to keep the Palestinian people in true “bantustans” and concentration fields and as slave working hand of Middle East in the Lebanon and Jordan.
The world reformist left is champion of the “democratic agreement” of Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin that, in 1948 fouded, under the cover of the UN, this counterrevolutionary control device that is the Zionist state of Israel, to discipline and control the masses of the North of Africa and Middle East and defend the oil routs.
That is why they jubilantly greeted, from the French NPA, the English SWP, all the European left and let’s don’t even speak about the Altamira and Castillo FIT, to the Israel state outraged, who could only achieve their housing demands expropriating even more the Palestinian lands.
Meanwhile, the North American working class and their outpost that fences Wall Street has set the coordinates of the responsibles of the world crisis that affects all the planet and that suffer the masses and all the world proletariat.
That is the standing point to attack the bankers and that world super-oligarchy of the finances, that has spent and robbed what the human work haven’t even produced, watering the world of bonuses and currencies without value, breaking the states and deepening the looting of the oppressed nations and the super-exploitation of the working class.
The FIT ignores, in their “Argentinean” electoral campaign, the warcry of the Madrid outraged “our dreams don’t fit in your ballot boxes”. For the FIT, in the Kirchner’s Argentina, all the exploited dreams will be accomplished in the elections of the ultra-reactionary regime of the ’53 constitution.
Against the Madrid outraged, that has stated “you stole us too much and now we want it all”, the FIT states that you can get everything little by little, with reforms to the capitalist system and from inside the parliament. That way we will achieve, according to them, the gains that the working class and the masses in Argentina dream about. The masses that step in the combat open, each time more, an angle of 180º at world level with this capitalism nursery international, which has organized under the World Social Forum flags and all their collaterals in the planet.
FIT does not tell masses nor do their bosses of the World Social Forum of the “new left”, the Bolivarian and the rests of Stalinism, that FOR THE WORKING CLASS AND THE OPRESSED PEOPLE OF THE WORLD TO LIVE, IMPERIALISM MUST DIE, as the revolutionary III International of Trotsky and Lenin stated. Their war cry was: To conquering the bread and the national independence, the working class must take over the power and that will only be achieved with the socialist revolution.
FOR THE FIT AND ALL THE “NEW LEFT” OF THE WORLD SOCIAL FORUM, IT HAS STARTED THE “PEOPLE SPRING” IN THE NORTH OF AFRICA AND MIDDLE EAST. FOR THEM, IT FLOWERS WITHOUT FLOWERS. THEY ANNOUNCE TO THE ARGENTINIAN WORKING CLASS THAT WITH THEM IN THE PARLIAMENT AND THE KIRCHNER IN THE POWER IT WILL COME NOW THE “SPRING FROM BUENOS AIRES”
The FIT of the PO, PTS and Socialist Left is not an indigenous product as the Argentinean milk jam. They are part of the reformist left, grouped under the World Social Forum, to support, by left, capitalism and the imperialist system in bankruptcy. They centralize in worldwide meetings, where they coordinate to apply the same policy, in the same moment, in the whole planet.
All of them, at the same time, told that the heroic revolution that started for the bread in the North of Africa and Middle East were “Peoples Springs”
How can it be people’s spring made by the bourgeoisie that make “democratic revolutions” and arm the masses, like in 1848 against the European monarchies?? THIS IS A LIE! The counterrevolutionary autocracies supported by imperialism and by all the native bourgeois factions of the North of Africa and Middle East, were faced by the masses getting armed, leaving their martyrs in the streets, resisting heroically city to city against the murderers of the Arab bourgeoisies in Syria, Bahrain, Yemen. In Libya the masses got even further. They left disbanded the counterrevolutionary regime of Khadafy, lackey of the imperialism, his army and his state. The “new left”, the one of the “people’s spring”, only supports the “winter” of the lackey Khadafy that is killing dozens of thousands of Libyan workers, the gendarme that controlled and charged toll for the entrance of slave workers from Africa to the imperialist Europe. They supported Gaddafi until last moment when he was rescued by the CIA and the NATO from the seizure and recovery of Tripoli.
The “new left” announced their “opposition to the NATO”, but they refused to take a single action in Europe, England, France or USA to paralyze the war machine of the NATO, and put all their forces to hold the rebellion of the insurrected that, isolated from the European working class, they got at the mercy of the new “democratic” governments like the NTC, with all Khadafy’s generals, with the blessing of the NATO bombs. People’s Springs, with the Egyptian masses slaughtered again by the “transition government” of the “democratic” generals, holders until yesterday of Mubarak and the Zionist state of Israel?
People’s spring, when in Tunisia there are fightings against the fraud and the “democratic” traps?
People’s spring when the masses count the bodies of their martyrs, country by country? War, revolution, counterrevolution and a thousand and one traps and conspiracies against the revolutionary masses is what is actually developing in the world stage and in the North of Africa and Middle East particularly.
Why want to hide from the Argentinean working class that in order to conquer bread and end with the capitalist attack and imperialist plunder, the masses rose revolutionarily as in 2001 in Argentina.
The FIT wants that the Argentinian working class forgets forever that to conquer even the most minimal of the demands we are going to have to fight a million times more that in 2001 against the onslaught that has already started and will deepen, not only in Argentina but in all the whole South Cone.
They want the working class to believe that in a parliament with many left representatives and with a government of the imperialist trasnational companies, settled in a repressive judges caste, and a murderer officers and military caste, the “people’s spring” will be conquered in Argentina.
Altamira and Castillo talk about a velvet revolution that they will make from their banks, where the working class will achieve the paradise elixir. This is another deception.
There are fights in Chile. The Bolivian proletariat got back to revolutionary actions. The masses in Colombia rebel against the murderous fascist regime of Santos-Uribe and against the Yankee military bases.
There are only feints of a slowdown of the Chinese economy and of the European recession, which pre-announces the fall of the exportations from the Mercosur toward that region, and the bourgeoisie is already threatening with thousands of layoffs, suspensions, wielding the whip of the murder of workers like in the Indoamerican, in Jujuy and attacking the militant workers.
They want to tell the Argentinean working class that when the bourgeoisie is happy and celebrates to have taken the nation off the “hell” of the 2001, that is, the revolution, for the exploited it will come “springs” and not the winter and hell that the bourgeoisie is going to carry them, whose aim is nothing else that finishing consolidating a maquila Argentina, pauperized by the soy-businessman , the oil companies, the transnational companies, imperialism and their partners the native bourgeoisie.
We must speak clearly, the Trotskyist that fight under the banners of the IV International state that this kindly outcome of the “people’s spring future”, with what the left want to paint a roses path to the exploited, has an origin, a keystone. It is in USA: “Bush has been defeated and the democracy has come, that spread over the world”, with… the murderer Obama, that is nothing else that a smutty Bush.
The Obama-mania of a “democratic” imperialism clashes at each step with the thousands of secret CIA jails, with the “spring” of the Yankee troops killing their opponents in any place of the world, with prisoners that still are in Guantanamo, and with the fiercest offensive of the Yankee imperialism to make their own proletariat, the oppressed people in the world and the world working class pay the crisis.
The FIT doesn’t prepare the Argentinian working class –and a great chance in the electoral campaign has been wasted for that- as a detachment of the Latin-American and worldwide working class for the real combat that has ahead, that is no other that confronting the most cruel of the enemies, the one that deceives and generates illusions, like the Kirchner government, to apply even worst plans of repression and hunger that the ones of Menem and De la Rua together.
The FIT keeps thinking that by pressing the Kirchner government it will be possible to get demands. They want to create the illusion that with some left representatives in the parliament, that reactionary illusion will be a reality.
Truth must be told. The one who said that we must work, accept misery salaries, eat the devaluation, bear the life cost and the heat bed work was Fidel Castro, that came to Argentina in the 2001/2003 and to the “Contra Cumbre” in 2005 along with Chavez.
All the reformist left and the FIT gave him the microphone, in front of millions of Argentinean workers that listened to him and thousands of young students that participated in their acts in law school and in Cordoba. Fidel Castro, held by the left, came to say that “there is a friend in the Pink House, that now we must produce, because after the government will distribute”, thus supporting the servant government of Kirchner: Prisoners, whiplashes, deads, processed and a 70% of the working class off the labor contracts in a true maquila Argentina.
THE WORLD SOCIAL FORUM, WITH ITS STALINIST PSEUDO-THEORY OF SUBORDINATING THE WORKING CLASS TO THE “PROGRESSIVE BOURGEOISE CAMPS”, WANTS TO MAKE THE ENEMIES OF THE WORKING CLASS APPEAR AS THEIR ALLIES.
A WORLD “NEW LEFT” IMPREGNATED BY THE OBAMAMANIA AND THEIR PSEUDOLEFTIST ACADEMICS.
In USA, all the reformist currents of the World Social Forum have fully deployed the perfidious policy of left support of the siren songs of “democracy” against “fascism”. All the left currents, which are organized from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego by the ELAC (Latin-American and Caribbean Summit), as the FIT of Argentina, that in USA are called “Socialism 2010” or “Socialism 2011”, the North American SWP, NGO’s of all kinds, Castroites, etc. today are lined up, like they did yesterday “all against Bush”, all together “against the Tea Party” to end up supporting Obama… “Everyone against fascism, in defense of the democracy”.
The warcry of the reformist left was “All against the fascist Tea Party that wants to lower the taxes on the rich and reduce the investments of the state in health, education, welfare, etc.” But, facing what this “democratic” left proclaimed, Obama was the one who applied, multiplied by two, the program of the Tea Party “fascists”, liquidating the subsides, lowering the taxes and showing himself as what he really is: the true counterrevolutionary boss of the Wall Street interests at world level.
The “fascist wings” of imperialism wield the whip of the big capital. The left kneels the working class to the “democratic” imperialists, which will supposedly defend them… that is why they support him. And who is the one that applies the policy against the masses with the fascist whip? The “democratic” friend of the world left: Obama. Everyone is under the commands of Wall Street, a bunch of parasites that has led the planet to the worst of the catastrophes.
The old Stalinist Communist Parties of the old Sovietic or Chinese bureaucracy, no longer can hold this dreadful policy of class-collaboration. They were the ones that sold out the workers states to capitalism, becoming into new bourgeoisie. In China, with the capitalist restoration, they delivered to imperialism and the world bourgeoisie, thousands of millions of slave workers to superexploit them and plunge the wage of all the workers of the world. They are the ones who sold out the oil, the gas and the cheap labour force of the European East to the imperialist butchers in name of “socialism”. They are the ones that in Cuba, on behalf of “socialism” left a million of workers without jobs, while they restore the right of inheritance, so that Cuba goes back to be the North-American whorehouse.
It is because of such discredit that now it is time for the ex-Trotskyists of the Obama left to play this left role as strategists of the “democratic” fronts. They are the ones that want to make the “democratic” and pseudo-nacionalist versions of the bourgeoisie appear as allies of the working class, when they are their largest and fiercest enemies.
From Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, the role of this reformist leaderships was to put the working class and their left militant wing down to its knees, at the feet of the “democratic and progressive” versions of the bourgeoisie, against the “fascist” forces “of the right-wing”, “of the reaction”, etc. For them, the main contradiction is between democracy and dictatorship; between nation and imperialism. This is the old policy of reformism, to “suspend the class struggle of the exploited” in order to support a bourgeois wing that, according to them, will be an “ally” of the fight and interests of the working class. Anyway, it is the continuity of the old Stalinist policy. As if it was possible to break with imperialism, to crush the counterrevolutionary forces that from them arises, without the working class breaking with the bourgeoisie and advancing in the seizure of power.
Believing that the “democrat” Obama will stop the “fascist” Tea Party is equal to believe that the Yankee imperialist butcher gangs will stop holding the five military commands with which they control the planet at clean bombing.
We must speak clearly. The bankrupt capitalist system isn’t supported only by their counterrevolutionary forces, their armies and their states. It has regrouped the forces of reformism so that they build up a wall between the working class and the socialist revolution, that is the only way that the decadence of capitalism can be stopped, and the demands of the world exploited can be conquered.
The ELAC and the left wing of the World Social Forum, as the FIT (Workers and Left Front) of Argentina, faithful supporters of the Bolivarian Governments
The last congress of the ELAC in Brazil-where the French “anti capitalist" party, the British SWP and its allies, the strikebreakers bureaucrats of Chukaku-ha of Japan, the FIT and all the Argentinean left, as well as the Latin American left, together with the PSOL, the PSTU of Brazil-didn’t vote any offensive program or class struggle centralization in the American continent against the brutal attack that was taking place. They neither voted to centralize the masses that are rising up in revolutionary struggles as in Chile, Bolivia, Colombia, etc.
At that conference, the cry was: "the native bourgeoisies are not to be defeated, but we criticize them and demand them." That’s how they responded to the industrial workers of La Paz, who went to that conference looking for solidarity to face the native bourgeoisies, with a policy of subordination of the nation to imperialism and the class-collaborationist bureaucracies. These leaderships turned their backs on the industrial workers of La Paz and the Bolivian working class, leaving them alone before the brutal attack of “gasolinazo” that the "democratic and progressive" Evo Morales launched and when he expropriated the Tipnis poor peasants lands, leaving the richest and most productive lands in the hands of the Santa Cruz oligarchy.
Before all this, the worldwide reformist left continues saying it is not necessary to face the Government murderers of workers and lackeys of imperialism. The only thing to do, for them, is to pressure them to give gains for workers.
This World Social Forum policy of pressing parliaments or governments to prevent the budget reduction plans against the masses has been already tested in Europe. There, the union bureaucracies, the social imperialist parties and the World Social Forum organized demonstrations to Brussels to ask this bandits cave of the European Parliament to curb the austerity meassures. They even called for general strikes to pressure them. What a shame! This is like asking a lion not to eat the deer.
Asking Cristina Kirchner not to air in court the social protest; asking the Kirchnerist workers to cut the ballot paper to vote for representatives of the left parties, but still continue supporting Cristina, is no other thing than the national refraction of that international policy of the World Social Forum in Argentina that means politically to disarm the working class and its vanguard to face this “gorilla”, repressive and anti-worker Government which is trying to legitimize its power to deepen the war that has already declared to the working class in Argentina.
The U.S. working class and juvenile vanguard, despite and against the reformist leaderships, clarify for the entire worldwide working class that the bosses of all the exploiters, starvers and oppressors of the planet are the parasites of Wall Street.
We affirm that the FIT, the ELAC, the "new European left" grouped in "socialist" conferences together with liberal petty bourgeoisies in the USA every year, are not the ones who called the masses to rise up in revolutions for bread in Northern Africa and the Middle East.
They collaborated with the labour aristocracies and bureaucracies of the unions so that the migrant workers in Europe were treated as dogs and second class workers. They called to do in Greece what the Communist Party of that country said. It threatened to unite the European workers and they only joined the trade union bureaucracy to subordinate each working class to their own imperialist bourgeoisie.
In Chile, except for sending delegations, they refused to raise that in order to get something it was necessary to attack the capitalists as the 150,000 mineworkers did entering into a very hard combat against the government of Piñera, at the war cry of: "nationalization under workers' control of copper to guarantee decent wages for workers and free education for the worker's children."
In their pompous international meetings they didn’t organize neither the barricades nor the school occupations in Chile. Let alone they organized the general strike launched by the Bolivian working class against the murderous, repressor and sell-out Government of Morales, which massacred the poor peasants, while coming from an agreement with the fascist Media Luna for a common constitution.
And there's something they never did, to organize a centralized international combat of the working class. They joined in every region and continent, as they did in the Social Forums in Africa, Europe and America to desynchronize, surround and isolate the revolutionary processes.
That’s why the unity of the Argentinean working class with the worldwide working class does not exist in the FIT TV spots. It doesn’t show the way to fight against Wall Street, as a little vanguard sector of the American youth does.
The subordination to the national bourgeoisie of these "new left" in each country is so big that spontaneous movements, good-natured by the moment, uncoordinated, like the “outraged” movement, are beginning to centralize themselves in the whole world with common actions, trying try to break the fence built by the reformist leaderships to subordinate the working class to their own bourgeoisies, country by country. The bureaucracy of the unions and the so-called left parties are enemies of this coordination and any common struggle of the worldwide working class.
These movements occur in spite of and against them; with all their limitations, illusions, when they break the reformist apparatuses’ control and try to join the exploited masses of the world against the same enemy. The WSF and the fake Trotskyists did not call to coordinate any effective international action to combat in the streets against the exploiters and bankers. This is a real "subjectivity crisis ", petty bourgeois nationalism misery.
The U.S. working class, despite and against all the reformist left, with a handful of young people marked the coordinates of the worldwide working class enemy, surrounding Wall Street. There is the real power that controls Cristina Kirchner, the Argentinean bourgeoisie and the transnational companies which plunder the Mercosur and the American Continent. The 10,000 million dollars cash of a fraudulent external debt paid to the bankers by Cristina are in there.
The working class and the American youth again showed the emperor with no cloth, whom the left of the World Social Forum made a great effort to show as "democratic". At the cry of: "We are the outraged 99% of the U.S.A. that has 1% of wealth, because 1% of the parasites of Wall Street imperialists have the 99% of the walth" they are the best allies of the workers and peasants massacred in Bolivia, the heroic mining proletariat and Chilean youth, the oil workers and the rebel students in Colombia, and basically are they are the greatest enemies of the Mercosur transnational companies.
One more point of recession in Europe, USA or China will mean layoffs and furloughs for workers in the region. Not to call to coordinate the Argentinean and Brazilian working class against the new attacks that the multinationals are planning; not to call to centralize their combats with the rebellions in Chile and Bolivia is no to show the way forward for the Argentinean workers to follow in their struggle.
The alternative of communism or fascism, socialism or barbarism, is already here.
A new round of the global crisis, of a leap of the European crisis, of a slowdown in China’s growth and just rates showing fall of production level in the Southern Cone, have taken the Argentinean Government to blackmail the working class and launched a brutal attack, which began long ago, with threats of furloughs, dismissal, prosecutions, dead and prisoners.
The historical alternative “socialism or barbarism” is already here. About 50% of the world, ie, 3000 million people live with $ 2 a day or less. Half of them live in the worst famine conditions, with a dollar per day. For this petty bourgeoisie left settled in the labor aristocracy and labor bureaucracy, this is not true. They want to make us believe that capitalism, although it is in crisis, it can improve and give gains to the workers without workers waging decisive battles and revolutionary struggles.
In colonial and semi-colonial countries, among the most impoverished layers of the masses, the average life expectancy is 45 to 50 years, while in the imperialist countries in their upper and middle layers the average life expectancy of women is almost 80 years.
The public health’s destruction in China as well as in Eastern Europe, the expropriation of the revolutionary processes in Latin America, the double plundering of India and throughout Asia and Africa (where the absolute majority of world population lives), the drama of unemployment, starvation and misery, cannot wait decades for the left of the World Social Forum to have enough seats in the parliaments and recover the trade unions.
That time of reforms has already ended. The struggle for bread, the fight against unemployment, against the high cost of living, the struggle to live pushes towards the revolution and counterrevolution.
For the reformists, in this time of capital bankruptcy, the working class must prepare itself for decades and decades of social peace, parliamentary and trade union training. They sing the wedding songs at funerals and funeral songs at weddings.
Bankrupted capitalism is only preparing itself for new wars, counterrevolutions, fascism, looting, extortion to the masses, attacks because it is the only way it can ensure profits.
The time of the Counter reformism has come. They know it very well.
The forces of who are fighting for re-founding the Fourth International are still outside our ranks. But they are growing vigorously. They are deploying forces in real life, under conditions of capitalist catastrophe and the struggle of the exploited masses. No one can continue hiding that the Wall Street parasites and all the imperialist banks and financial capital must be crushed and expropriated for the whole human society to live. And this is done with the method of socialist revolution.
As the Transitional Program of the Fourth International raises: “The objective prerequisites for the proletarian revolution have not only “ripened”; they have begun to get somewhat rotten. Without a socialist revolution, in the next historical period at that, a catastrophe threatens the whole culture of mankind. The turn is now to the proletariat, i.e., chiefly to its revolutionary vanguard. The historical crisis of mankind is reduced to the crisis of the revolutionary leadership.”
Reform or Revolution: two policies that confront each other before the world proletariat
On the one hand, those who fight for workers' and socialist revolution; and on the other hand the ‘nurses’ of capitalism
The Trotskyists say that without taking power, without starting revolutions, without centralizing and coordinating the struggle of the international working class against Wall Street, their regimes and governments, the working class cannot even dream about getting bread, not even keeping their gains.
The major impediment of the proletariat is not the "subjectivity crisis." The exploited masses of the world have shown that they are capable of reaching, in their fight, a million times further than the old decrepit general staffs of reformism, which only have called them to trust the bourgeois politicians and their parliaments, which are enemies of the workers. They never called them to trust in their own strength and the struggle for the revolution to conquer bread and end with the imperialist plundering the oppressed peoples in the world.
Those who are fighting for the Fourth International to be re-founded affirm that they are reformist leaderships acting internationally centralized.
They express the past, the forces of reaction in the labor movement that emerged as a continuation of the bankruptcy of Stalinism, which gave away the workers' states in 1989 to the worldwide capitalism. They come to continue their policy.
But since 2007, they cannot control peacefully the labor movement and the masses of the world. They deceive the exploited masses and disarm their fight, promising them years of bourgeois-democratic stability, when wars and revolutions are deepening in this period.
The FIT wants the masses to believe that with democracy and pressuring parliaments and judges we can eat, have education, get 8 working hours and, nationalizing some private companies here and there, we can get national independence from imperialism.
For the fighters of the Fourth International, without revolution there will be neither bread nor national independence. In this electoral process this was what it was needed to be patiently explained to the masses. Because it is a question of clarifying the exploited masses which are the battlefield conditions and how the enemy is preparing new counterrevolutionary drives.
None of this has been done nor will be done by reformism. They are preparing new demoralizations, frustrations and defeats for the best of the working class and youth.
The conditions for the international struggle of the revolutionary forces of the working class, for its centralization and coordination have arrived. The alternative of communism or fascism, socialism or barbarism, are already here. The conditions for the victory are in the hands of the exploited masses and their revolutionary struggle, and also in the Trotskyists and the program of the world socialist revolution.
What the working class needs is a new revolutionary internationalist leadership of the Argentinean working class under the banner of the Fourth International. We call the workers and juvenile vanguard to fight together, as we are doing, regrouping the internationalist Trotskyist forces who fight for the world socialist revolution.
