The fight against salary tax, family allowances, decent work for all, and acquittal of oil workers Las Heras, unifies the fighting vanguard
On what happened in the plenary sessions SUTNA/ San Fernando and a discussion with the Workers Party (Partido Obrero).

In the meeting on 11/05/13 at SUTNA / San Fernando (Tyre Union), where the leadership of this commission  called a plenary to coordinate the fight against "wage taxes" and "a top for family allowances ", and which brought together over 100 labor organizations representatives; the Workers Party (Partido Obrero) in its paper of 16/5 makes a balance sheet  trying to justify why he refused to vote in support of the fight of oil workers of Las Heras as part of the same struggle with  the "main focus of the meeting"

In the same article they reported that to vote for the fight for the "Acquittal of oil workers of Las Heras", as part of the same struggle, like several worker delegates and militants of Workers  Democracy (Democracia Obrera) did,  was  "to break”  against the call for the event.
Since, we thought that this true Workers Party's nonsense must be a drafting error of comrade of "Workers Press" (PO paper) who wrote this work. Otherwise, such an outburst would mark a new "division" in the struggle to join the workers' ranks.

On the contrary of what the article of Workers Party (PO) says: we affirm that in any meeting of militant labor organizations has the obligation, in order not to split the workers ranks, to fight for the defense of the persecuted workers chased by the State of the bosses, Cristina Kirchner’s Government and imperialist oil companies as it is the case of the comrades of Las Heras, who have already spent three years in prison and were the vanguard in the fight against the wages tax in 2006.
It is a duty of the militant organizations and left parties take in their hands the banner of the fight of the workers who have been tortured and humiliated  by carrying out the same fight which Mariano Ferreyra was killed (against slave labor and outsourcing ). This fight does not mean to "split” and separate the  workers from the main focus of the struggle.

If the comrades of Las Heras, as part of the 6,500 prosecuted fighters, are in those conditions for fighting for the two demands that were the "axis" of the plenary summoned by SUTNA / San Fernando. Moreover, these sentences hanging over the comrades of Las Heras and the rest of the prosecuted workers are used by the government, justice, transnational companies and slave driver bosses to blackmail so that the workers do not rebel against the slaver conditions and the incredible suffering the masses must live.

It is a real fact that bosses and the government, with its judges and prosecutors, who are the heads of the intelligence services and who give the orders to the police to repress or "liberate zones" to process, pursue, imprison and KILL workers, every time we go to fight for our demands. So we had to alert the fighting vanguard who met in the SUTNA / San Fernando, because the "axis of the call" as the PO says-is closely linked to the fate of imprisoned workers, the workers of Las Heras and the 6,500 prosecuted workers. Not only because tomorrow they may be in the same situation as the comrades but also because if those thousand workers are no more under the bosses' state terror it  would  strengthen and enhance a thousand times  the fight against the wages  tax and family allowances for all.

No to raise this united struggle in the vanguard of the workers, is to give Kirchner government  a good-natured when daily prosecutes  and ruthlessly represses the poor devils in this country who dare to speak out against so much hardship.
Just the result of the struggle of the oil workers of Las Heras in 2006, which succeeded in imposing the rise of non-taxable minimum income tax shows that the Kirchner government is not willing to give up anything. Not a single cent. Let alone the billions of dollars per year it robs to all the workers with the income tax to subsidize employers and to ensure their fabulous businesses.
Fof that struggle in Patagonia, the Kirchner has militarized Las Heras, prosecuted over a hundred workers, with its repressive forces terrorized an entire city, tortured and imprisoned six fighters for three years and did not let them out of town for another 4 years more: no one can imagine what they will do against the workers who want to organize a national struggle to recover what belongs to them.

So it should not raise "omnibus programs" but a list of demands that unify the entire labor movement. A unionized workers, with contracted, outsourced, under the table workers and unemployed workers, and those who are being attacked by the Kirchner’s government. Down with wages tax! Family allowances and decent work for all! 6 working hours and one more shift in all factories! $ 10,000 minimum vital wage for all! All under collective agreement! Judgment and Punishment to ALL RESPONSIBLE for the murder of Mariano Ferreyra, a struggle that is still pending, because Pedraza and only a handful of thugs went to jail! Acquittal of oil workers of Las Heras! Freedom for the prisoners for fighting!  Down with the prosecution of the 6,500 workers!

These single programmatic points confront, just to give an example, the police which free the area for the Railway Union gunmen kill the comrade Ferreyra, with the same institution that represses in Santa Cruz (and in all provinces) to all exploited workers who go out to fight.

Any class conscious worker would not refuse to fight for this single program. Any worker who voted and elected as delegates militant, classist and anti-bureaucratic leaders in his factory, would not see their demands in this short program. No one! Because in the workers ranks of Fate, Kraft, PepsiCo, Subway, Paty, River Plate, Felfort, Sarmiento Railway, Hospital Garrahan, Line 60, of Lear and auto parts, on teachers and state, etc.., it exists a deep sense of unity.

We hope that the editorial board of Prensa Obrera reflects on that, correct the mistake and call FIT to lead the fight for acquittal of the workers of Las Heras; issue still remains outstanding.
